Location
Fedra Apartments and Suites are located in the area of Plakias only 30 Km south of the city of Rethymnon, Crete. Plakias, is a lovely village in the south coast of Crete, famous for its beautiful beaches and the amazing countryside area.
Initially being a fishing jetty and a few houses, Plakias has quite developed in the last few decades into a tourist resort, ideal for relaxing and peaceful holidays. Our guests can explore the unique flora and fauna of South Crete, visit the interesting sites of the area such as rivers, gorges, monasteries, etc., try some exiting holiday activities such as sea sports, scuba diving, horse riding, trekking etc. and taste the famous Cretan cuisine full of natural, organic ingredients.
Our accommodation is placed in three different spots at the area of Plakias as shown in the map below :
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation is required for each booking in order to be confirmed. If the customer does not send the advance payment at least once within a specified period, the property reserves the right to cancel immediately, without notice. Reservations are payable upon arrival by cash.
- Clients should be informed in writing in advance of any changes to their stay or cancellations regarding their booking.
- If the cancellation is canceled more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, there is no financial burden and will result in the refund of the deposit or the entire stay in case of full payment by our accommodation.
- For cancellations less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the customer will be charged 50% of the total value of your reservation.
- In case of cancellation on arrival, or for no show at the hotel without prior notice, the customer will be charged 100% of the value of the stay requested upon booking.
- For non-refundable bookings, the entire booking amount will be charged at the same time as confirming the booking, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
- Any repayment of an advance to a domestic bank other than Piraeus bank will incur administrative expenses equivalent to EUR 3.00. For the repayment of an advance payment to a foreign bank, the administrative expenses will correspond to the amount of 20,00 Euro.
- Children up to 2 years old are not charged. Children from 2-16 years old are charged a 10,00 Euro fee per day.
