Fedra Guest House is a two separate room apartment (60 sq.m) located on the garden floor of the building and comes with:

One bedroom with an amazing COCO-MAT DOUBLE bed for a comfortable night sleep.
A second air-conditioned fully equipped sitting/kitchen room, furnished with table, chairs, sideboards, cooking top, refrigerator, kitchen sink, coffee maker, water boiler and all the necessary facilities of cooking. This room is also used as a second bedroom for families of 3-4 persons (the sofa is converted into 2 single beds, who can accommodate up to 2 children).
One private bathroom/WC.
A washing machine is available inside the Apartment.
One main balcony outside the sitting room covered with wooden pergola viewing the green garden and the Plakias Beach.

Policy
- A reservation is required for each booking in order to be confirmed. If the customer does not send the 25% advance payment at least once within a specified period, the property reserves the right to cancel immediately, without notice.Reservations are payable upon arrival by cash.

Clients should be informed in writing in advance of any changes to their stay or cancellations regarding their booking.
- If the cancellation is canceled more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, there is no financial burden and will result in the refund of the deposit or the entire stay in case of full payment by our accommodation.
- For cancellations less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the customer will be charged 50% of the total value of your reservation.
- In case of cancellation on arrival, or for no show at the hotel without prior notice, the customer will be charged 100% of the value of the stay requested upon booking.
- For non-refundable bookings, the entire booking amount will be charged at the same time as confirming the booking, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.

Any repayment of an advance to a domestic bank other than Piraeus bank will incur administrative expenses equivalent to EUR 3.00. For the repayment of an advance payment to a foreign bank, the administrative expenses will correspond to the amount of 20,00 Euro.
